I can not confirm it 100% but the way I have heard it from a couple of sources is that after we choked again last year Rosa went to Vozzo and pretty much said that the current group was not going to take the next step which Vozzo agreed with. They then had a meeting with Scott and McPherson and it was put on the table and the agreement was yes we need to go back to the draft and try and bring some new blood in. It is why they extended Scott for an extra year to align with the build plan. Anyway that is what i have heard but obviously there could be some variance in the actual facts of the matter but it is clear they took a new direction after we stunk it up again last year.
