Congratulations to Gary Ablett Jnr on winning the Brownlow medal. He was a clear and deserving winner in what is essentially an award for midfielders who rack up loads of possions and don't swear at the umpires too much.
This blog predicted back on June 15 that Geelong will win the flag, most likely in a GF against St Kilda after a brave Bulldogs fail to get over the line.
I not only stand by that prediction, I'm attaching it to the end of a stick and waving it around... (more...)
