The Stars might get rid of Jordie Benn now. Connauton's laughing all the way to Columbus.

EDIT: After a 2-0 lead coming into the 2nd we have now been graced with the presence of Lindback to try and save us from a 4- 2 deficit.

Shout out to that struggling Leafs dad who saved up to take his son to his first hockey game on his November 18th birthday.

Brutal. Very lucky that they found it and (it seems) are able to manage it. Terrible luck for the guy as a hockey player though. That's two season-ending injuries before Christmas in two seasons.

Let's have a little look at the Oilers' penalty kill and wonder why their team has been awful for so long.

Jordie Benn has been scratched for Jokipakka against the Arizona "We can't afford 2 shoulder patches" Coyotes.

Very sad story. Sure you can blame the guy for not being careful with his money, but you've gotta feel sorry for the guy. Got screwed by the two people he figured he could trust the most.

Well that's it. I mean yeah he probably shouldn't have given the power to his parents, but to have the two people you should be able to trust the most in the world rip you off to the extent they have?

I'm glad for his sake he's sought out professional financial advisors etc to help climb out of the hole his parents have put him in
