For what? Winning most stat's and Geelong kicking out of their arse. They need to keep doing what they are doing but kick the goals. Cats will tire as the game goes on. Just need to hang in there.

Blues right in this. Decisions going against us. Umpires will give a few back. Boys are playing out of their skin. Pressure is immense. Our backline is giving up way too much but Geelong won’t run this game out after last week.
Geelong are too good a side to beat themselves. We’re gonna need to throw everything plus the kitchen sink and hope it’s enough.
Didn't really get the rub of the green, but that wasn't the main reason why we are trailing. Cats better composure and execution
Have backed Ollie all year, but in just one contest he sat back rather than attacking the loose ball. I'd give 5-10 minutes to show a different mindset, otherwise sub him for Binns

I feel very nervous about the next half. Got to completely halt the momentum Geelong have and go gung ho in the last.

Cats are the smartest team in the comp..
they've got a more even spread of footy IQ across their team.
we are relying more on brute force/effort/intensity so perhaps they tire as the game wears on although there is no sign of that happening atm.
Basically they are making their f50 counts where as we've been hopeless in this regard - need to improve our efficiencies big time

Would pull the trigger on Binns for Carroll at half time. Carroll is simply not suited to this half-forward role they're trying to shoehorn him into (obviously by necessity).

Positives are, we can play better than this. We're actually dominating most of the key areas just can't put it on the scoreboard. Need to tidy up loose mistakes.
We need to take our chances in front of goal and we need to get our act together defensively.
Their lead isn't big enough to hold us if we can get some momentum going. Plus they should run out of legs in the second half.

Outplaying us, yes. And yet some ridiculous free kicks not paid where cats tackled and ball dropped but not payed.
Plus the push ignored and mark paid.
THeir experience showing and our weaker cogs being found out.

Our forwards need to bring the ball to ground more often. It seems our defence is going to struggle regardless so we have to outshoot them in the second half.
Am I going crazy? The broadcast is a joke. Cam Mooney interviewing his old mate, probably going to into the room at half time to cafch up. Huddo blowing his load every Geelong goal.

Yep but the way we kick set shots we would only be 6pts closer…..
Even more infuriating against the Cats who lower their eyes better than anyone.
