Mate I am an umpire. But you don't know my real name. My name is Suzi Olsen and I have been umpiring ever since 1994.
You are better off not worrying about the umpiring. you really can't do anything about what those guys do. There is something you can do and that is join your local umpiring association and learn what an umpire does.
I know that it is too late this year to join but you can try next year. You will be ok just look for your local one and you will be laughing.
Hey mate, instead of complaining about the umpiring why don't you learn the rules of the game. No need to bicker about the umpiring.
