Game Day Semi Final Collingwood Vs Fremantle at MCG

the magpies outclassed us at home earlier in the season and this game is following that pattern. I think we picked The likes of Amiss and Walker to give them finals experience. get off Walker's back, he will learn from it and he does have pace/potential

Game Day Semi Final Collingwood Vs Fremantle at MCG

so we have been bombing the ball in high to Lobbe, while leaving out Taberner, one of our best contested marks. makes sense

Game Day West Coast Eagles v Carlton - Live from Shandong Gold Coliseum on Sunday 10 July @ 2:40pm

the absence of Jamie Cripps workrate and Elliot Yeo linebreaking capability sticks out like a sore thumb in a game like this

Review Rd 16: Freo holds on against Port

seriously. we are not a dominant team. we beat the hawks and Port, who on their day have competed with the best in the league, so we are not pretenders, we look like a finals bound team, realistically not a top 4 team at our best but that is a major improvement

Review Rd 16: Freo holds on against Port

Port has been in good form, so that is a good win and I will celebrate any afl win gratefully. Jeepers the Fyfe knockers perceptions are out of touch. he played almost all of the game forward, won 20 odd possessions, had some decent pressure acts which led to goals. His timing is off due to the...

Game Day West Coast v Richmond: aka A Get Smart rerun of CONTROL v KAOS

Kennedy has always given his heart and soul to the cause. everyone knows he is 70% the player he used to be and was probably convinced to play this year in a leadership capacity. bit rich to be judging him to be selfish when he is a bonifide champion and team player!

Game Day West Coast v Richmond: aka A Get Smart rerun of CONTROL v KAOS

to be fair to Mcgovern, he has played well this year, but I defy anybody to defend the type of turnovers they have had tonight. Like that Simmo is going full tank to get that number one pick!

    Coach Justin Longmuir

stats say we had the same amount of turnovers, we had better overall efficiency with the ball. we were pantsed in centre clearances and inside 50 marks. having a couple of handy inside mids out hurt and a key forward who does get contested marks again hurt. I see the blaming of small forwards...

Autopsy FREEEEOOOO!!!! (win by 4 to get back in the 8) - Rd 20

top 4 is over the top. do you remember the games where we were outclassed by Geelong, Bulldogs, Port, Melbourne etc. I think top 8 is reasonable , given our draw is relatively easy as we finished outside the 8 last year. Our best win was against Sydney when they were not in great form at home

Autopsy FREEEEOOOO!!!! (win by 4 to get back in the 8) - Rd 20

Great fighting win, won by dominance in the clearances, the windy conditions did play havoc and helped out on defending their key tall forwards. Going forward I think missing Lobb, structurally, is going to hurt any serious chance of winning a final or making it. Good to win a game with less...

MVP Votes vs Collingwood round 15 2021

Mundy-1 was solid but not bog - getting inflated votes. Lobb was the matchwinner with contested grabs and goals -5. I thought Darcy was our best midfielder-4 and Cerra -2 ball use stood out. defense was excellent and Ryan -3 blanketed their best forward in form -Elliot_ forcing him to the midfoeld
