Opinionated, brash, in your face, annoying, a complete campaigner. These were some of the terms that immediately sprang to mind when I thought of TheFreshBanana. But on a serious note, TFB has been a powerhouse this season - faced with PVF's faux retirement, the poor showing of his club and the loss of half a dozen players to expansion sides, the Wonders champion got on with the job - no complaints, no excuses.

I tried to do some more research on TFB but he's locked his profile so I'm sure there some incriminating stuff on there.

Over the season though, he's offered up some great work in the Committee Room and while forthright he always takes your opinion at face value before defacating on it.

It's these qualities that sees TFB collect votes from 15 of his peers - some rating him very highly. Well done to TFB on an entertaining season.

Missed talking qooty ;) His name wasn't on the title, but he was as big a part of it as I was.

The Gumbies skipper did a mountain of work this season - have a read of the Gumbies Team Thread, phenomenal stuff. He also instigated major change at the club in an effort to gain recruits as the club dropped the Gumbies and became the Wolves. On top of this he averaged 92 posts a Match Thread (yes, 92) as well as having a cracking season on the field where he had 336 disposals and 90 tackles.

His media work included the short lived Vault which was axed after a few rounds due to poor ratings.

He also gave us an interesting discussion about the bye.

All in all, a big season. I think ABH will be hoping for a slightly less controversial S19 although I think perversely, he enjoyed the attention of S18. It certainly won him some support which sees him finish 13th in the MVP.

Well done ABH.

Phew, a quiet season for Wacky, really. The only award he didn't win was the one everyone else gets for not winning an award.

RFS33.jpg

A huge season stats wise and his on-field exploits are well known - absolutely tore it up this season. But it is his off field posting that had endeared him to the larger Sweet FA community. Very quick with a 'Like', Wacky also posts all over the Fantasy Footy Board. He is genial and seems to be one of those posters you'd love to share a beer or 4 with. He is also extremely self-effacing at times - a reluctant champion in the mould of Robert Harvey - but also very keen to get involved. He's certainly part of the SFA furniture now.

It's these qualities that sees Wacky highly rated by his contemporaries and sees him rated twelfth in the MVP this season.

Congratulations on a wonderful season, Wacky Tiger.

with one poster rating him the best in the league.

A true SFA one off, well done on your top 20 ranking.

Cashier's cheque on it's way.

Thanks everyone but it was a team effort as most off my laughing material was given to me by tigland

hey you can't be the leagues worst captain on your own :thumbsu:

Wacky unlucky not to be higher, makes some threads and will be top 10 next season.
Maybe I should have voted for myself ;) :p

Thanks to those that voted for me. Very honored. For those that didn't still happy to share a beer with ya :)
