How good was Reed's final speech, he must have rehearsed that a few times was brilliant. Not so much the back pedal he then did at the reunion. I would have preferred him to just completely own it.

All caught up. That speech was epic! I'm not so sure that he rehersed the speech though. Maybe parts of it, but his speech revolved around the 'step-mother' theory, which someone else had mentioned shortly before he said it. He still took ownership of what he said, but he just tried to minimise any potential negative impact of it by claiming that it wasn't meant to be personal and was said only in the context of the game.
