BBQed burger patties and sausages, bacon, egg; and side salads for those in the house that want them.

Went to Le Bon Ton Friday night. Thought it was decent.

Good beer and good food. Have to be hipster tolerant though.

All downhill afterwards though, Red Rooster last night (Rippa meal).

Wednesday: T-Bone steak with mushroom pepper sauce and salad. Coopers Pale Ale.
Thursday: Salt and pepper squid salad. Soda water.
Fri: Salmon with stir fried green beans and udon noodles. Soda water.
Sat: Chicken in a sauce made from Nestle light cooking cream (I think it'slike evaporated mild), garlic, mushroom, capsicum with white and black pepper, on rice. Wirra Wirra Sauv Blanc
Sun: Meatloaf with roast potatoes and carrot, peas and bbq corn. JC Pinot.

Bbq corn is so good. What brand of soda water do you like?

Tonight a traditional style pizza. Thin base, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and basil leaves.

baby back ribs with barbecue sauce. Dry rub on ribs to marinate, then baste with the homemade sauce, wrap in foil, cook for 1.5 hours in oven. Reduce remaining sauce to a glaze and cook ribs on bbq for 10mins while glazing ribs with sauce. delicious!!!

Yesterday morning threw a heap in the slow cooker.
Lamb, Pumpkin, Potato, Sweet Potato, Red Onion, Garlic, Herbs, S&P, Chilli and Canned Tomato.
Cooked most of the day.
Easy stew but taste so good with fresh vienna bread.
