Reactive as normal.
They let a tonne go, and people question why as they said they'll come down hard, then they suspend a bunch of stuff that is even lighter than what was let off
The last few seasons it's nearly always our players that seem to get done after a month of nothing
He wasn't alone, duke did it twice
Clearly the gameplan is to hit the leading forward, or into the path of the forwards running towards goal, but the forwards aren't leading or making the effort to create that space. He doesn't have the confidence to then go against the gameplan.
Reminds me of...
I know it's a bit tongue in cheek, but noone should be getting a game on reputation, even the skipper.
Remember 2007, vandenberg spent the first 7 games at Box Hill, and I think it really sent a message to the younger players that you need to perform or risk your spot
Ramsden needs to come in for Gunston.
Jack provides no onfield leadership (supposedly what he was brought back for), and has only looked decent vs a rudderless norf.

Ramsden in to play the gunston role for the rest of the year
Boys tried their arse off, but lowered their head after Sydney's third goal.
Sicily has been lazy again.
Chol overruns the ball in flight, but not lazy as some suggest.

No. Carlton are very slow, or rather reactive.
Geelong have used the same gameplan for 15 years, they back their teammates to win the ball, so they run forward and catch the opposition off guard.
They have a quality core group which makes it very effective, but it's also why they've been...
