The apology in the Wimmera Mail Times today was nothing short of bizarre. Who are they apologising to and what are they are apologising for? Was there a fire? Was a woman assaulted? There are several men currently playing at Dimboola, who, are wanting the club to tell us that they had no part...
Some off field trouble at Dimboola by all accounts. Sounds like a few of the players are losing faith in their coach.....does anybody know what is going on?

A few up on sporting pulse. Lots more where the paper work is yet to be processed.
So what's the example of how that would be any different to how things have operated for the last 40 years? Quany/Norag, Warrack/Brim, Minyip/Murtoa, Marnoo folded, Homers folded, Gerang Kiata folded etc etc. Nobody stepped in to prop them up....and how would you? The population dwindles and it...
Go to one league....do it now. Let the strong survive and the weak fall or merge. You can work out the problems with draws and stuff later. One league admin, one set of umpires....do it now.
Ha, losers crying poor. Horsham have been the biggest spenders in the league by that much it doesn't matter......and they have had some very loyal players. Things are changing since they saw one of their own get completely shafted. Carr is one of the best we have seen but past his prime I would...
The Horsham City Oval is generally considered soulless and there are numerous issues at other grounds where the grandfinal has been held in the past. The decision to play at Nhill was an experiment that may not have passed muster. Several years ago the grandfinal was played at Ararat....there...
He was sacked and shat all over by the club he lived and breathed for. Surely this is the greatest sporting blunder in the history of the WFL? To sack and then character assassinate a club champion is a disgrace and has come back to bite Horsham where it hurts...
I can confirm that there have been numerous posts taken from this site regarding the incident at the Horsham Saints Club rooms a few weeks ago. I can also confirm that there are yet to be charges laid against those involved.
Hmmmm, maybe. He didn't back their talent and say they needed to work harder, he said they were just not up to it. I can't see how that would be motivating. Not sure it was calculated either, might not be true but I heard the coach left the scene in a huff soon after the game.
I have my facts straight as can be my friend.
There was no Kirribilli agreement at Horsham and anyone who says there was is either naïve or a liar. The things that Horsham have said about Farr since he departure have been disgraceful. Horsham are still yet to tell us why they think Burke and...
Can you tell us again why Farr was sacked??

Not sure what you are on about there Hugh, Ararat turn over a large amount of players each year through their juniors. They will actually hold onto a few more than they have in the past.
Dimboola crop a lot of land, and it was a very good year.
I wouldn't count the Demons out too quickly, you may find they have a few new players of their own that are yet to be announced. And don't forget they still have the bare bones of a very, very good Football side.
I think your right...
My Ararat sources don't know anything about that and if true don't think it will be a big deal. Like the last few years it will be a numbers game at the Rats nest. Still looking for some blokes to play in the 'two's'.
