It definitely feels much more like the PC experience on console now. 60fps the most obvious upgrade but even on performance the blurry and low res textures are gone and everything is much more detailed and defined. Draw distance is better and upgrades to lighting to shadows are nice too.

14gb is still hefty when the standard install size is only around ~30gb without the high res textures pack and DLC. PC is also a patch while console is a separate 25gb or so download.
