IMO good idea to keep u19s in the system. There is a list of perhaps 5 18yo boys this year who earlier on were looking to get in the draft. A couple may get drafted, but the ones that dont are kept in the system as 19yos next year, play some NAB cup games, and get another chance to get drafted...
