If Ollie went into the ND, would he get to pick 25? I think he does. It’s extremely rare for a team to select a player, using a decent draft pick, which is what pick 25 is, decent, when that player doesn’t want to play there. He’s not a rookie draftee who a club hopes they can turn around.

It's tricky as I think both Geelong and Pies have 3 x 3rd rounders, so neither really wants more. Maybe some swaps of a 3rd rounders + 18.

Pick 13, Freo future 1st & NM future 2nd appears about right. It's close to a top 10 pick and another first rounder, which is what Melbourne want. Not all firsts are equal. Pick 13 and Freo's future first (likely another teens pick) aren't great first rounders.

Pick 18 seems fair but watch Wright fold and take less. He has a history of getting deals done but overpaying. Now he'll under-receive.

Would prefer Geelings future first as couldn’t be worse then pick 18, to be 19/20 come selection on draft night, unless there’s some f/s or academy kids that haven’t been spoken of much for 2023. Think Cats will use 2023 1st for Bruhn. Throw back one of our picks in the 40’s for pick 18 this year.
