I was skeptical until I read this Montgomery lad is a fanatical Port supporter.
Hopefully if he's any good - when he reaches 17 or 18 - he is still a fan of the club, and happy to move interstate.
If we make the Grand Final, he will either win the Norm Smith, or be subbed off at 20 minute mark of 1st qtr after conceding 5 goals to his direct opponent.

I'm not sure how accurate the above is, but it straight away made me think of the recent Mike Sheahan interview - "its Essendon isn't it", when trying to imply Gav was an Essendon supporter.
Would Carlisle pass the "no d***heads test"?
Have read/heard previously of some issues - if he did come to the PAFC, we'd obviously have to back in Ken and the club's culture to set him straight.
If Richmond were happy for a 2nd rounder, I suspect that a club with an earlier 2nd pick would trump us.
Im fairly sure Richmond would be after our first rounder and would be unlikely to budge on that.
Just read the last few pages of this thread - noticed some discussion of Hodges on AA a few days ago.
I never listen to that garbage of a radio station, so is anyone able to summarise what he said?
I assume it wasn't positive, given his support of Collingwood.
I've read somewhere that Ryder has a young chid, his partner is from Queensland - she apparently wants to move back up there, hence his desire to play for a Qld based club.
Just saw 5 of the Port lads sitting at table out front of Cafe Argo (Victoria Square).
Included Hartlett, Mitchell & Moore (the other 2 I didn't notice/can't remember).
I know these things aren't always up to date, but the official Melbourne FC website, and the Melbourne FC wikpedia page, both list Clark as being on their list (it says (ret) alongside his name on the wikipedia page).
As a very late pick, or rookie, would be worth the punt I reckon.
I can see a club like Freo taking him, given his WA background, the fact that Pav will be gone in next few years, and the fact that Gumbleton has now retired.
