There's a difference between wanting him gone and realising that pick 2 is more than we could ever expect to get for him under normal circumstances, weighing up the good with the bad and understanding that moving him on under those circumstances was probably best for everyone involved. There's a lot of people who wanted him gone who have conveniently changed their tunes.
I haven't forgotten.

Hard to go with no kneesNever in doubt was never going to go anywhere else.
Pick 2 would have been nice on paper, but we'd be signing away our soul if we didn't keep the big man.

No need to get so defensive guys....unless you're ashamed that you're on THE LIST.
No he ain't black and white (thank **** for that!!! Would have been seriously depressing)It sure ain't (well someone had to say it).
needs more Glare. No need to get so defensive guys....unless you're ashamed that you're on THE LIST.
Only because he allegedly failed his medical.I would have packed his bags for pick 2. Doesn't mean I'm not happy he's staying. *It's not black and white*
Going by the HUN today we wouldn't have got pick 2 even if the had gone to Collingwood on the reported $600,000 a year deal.
This year it looks like being a contract offer of $700,000 a year to get band 1.
The Age saying it is a 2 year deal with an option for a 3rd year.Happy for Kreuz to stay and only signing a two year deal due to his injuries. The midfield is looking ok and I'm sure the boys will put in the hard work over the pre-season.
Which is exactly what it should be. Reward for the player, protection for the club. The Age saying it is a 2 year deal with an option for a 3rd year.
