Hi,

I would like to know why a thread I created was pulled from the main board tonight. I received no warning or broke any rules relating to the use of the forum.

I presented a researched and documented article which included photos and linked press articles for a number of incidents that I used to give context to the reasoning for the booing of an opposition player.

I have no idea how it came to be that it was removed as I feel very strongly on the issue and took great care to present the facts and did not name any individuals who have been prejudiced on this issue. It appears others within the media are pushing an agenda which is completely false and it would be great to have another perspective on this being shared publicly.

Not quite the same but just after Buddy signed with $ydney I started a thread on the bay asking if Goodes was just a token leader for Sydney (at the time he was still co-captain) as McVeigh was consulted and he wasn't over the Buddy signing. Even though it was the bay I was very deliberate in my post to avoid anything remotely racist, the first response someone played the race card and 10 minutes later the thread was deleted - not even moved to the divvy van.

So not quite the same as a well thought out response to a very here and now topic being deleted or possibly moved, but there is form when it comes to removing threads regarding Goodes.

The guy is an idiot. He is merely setting up life after football. He knows his great career is coming to an end, and now he needs to create the necessaey attention to secure his position. Too late goodes, Michael long already sorted the problems of the past. There is absolutely no racism against aboriginal people or players in afl footy.
