I voted for mixmatch, could be interesting but I would still be ok with the serpentine draft order like we've done in the past. Just think that something a bit different could be worth a try.

Last year I found it was helpful that I was always between two every round and could remember what was going on due to that. Mix and match will still be the same but on a four round rotating basis. You'll still be around the same people.

And yes totally agree that the long waits were crap and meant ppl would disappear for long periods as they knew they wouldn't be up for ages. It may encourage more active participation.
