Players don't lose their talent and ability overnight...has to be related to the coach and game plan imo players either not understanding it or don't actually agree with it

Stupid thing is, we are almost equal now in most measures. Scoring shots, possession, we have play generally on an even keel, but for the fact we do so many dumb things that we concede easy goals and conversely struggle like hell to score our own. The quality disparity in finishing is terrifying.
