Doesn't matter. The only question is if it's allowed under the code. Shane Warne got done for using a 'masking agent'...not performance enhancing, but it can hide other things, thus it's banned. Hell, it doesn't even need to be banned 'not approved' is the same as 'banned'.

At this point, zero hard evidence that any of the 34 players was administered with it (let alone all 34).
