They seem to advertise alot of exercise crap on the morning TV shows.

ab-blasters , bellybelts, treadmills, slim away, thigh toner etc ..

anyone out there buy any of it ?

I saw the shake weight recently ... thought I may get one for the wife.

Sorry mate, can't help out for two reasons.
1) I'm not up by morning
2) I don't exercise
