Bombers' Captain calls for Administrator Accountability
By Staff Writers

Fresh from sparking controversy that was all the rage two weeks ago, Baghdad Bombers' captain, beez, is once again creating headlines for all the wrong reasons. It is understood that he is upset at the way Administrator, boncer34, has handled blatant disregards of the rules from various captains. This latest issue has stemmed from new Furies' captain, Filthy Sanchez.

Known for taking the game way too seriously, beez is led to be upset after the League Administrators failed to give the Furies a warning for breaking rule 2.1(i)

 • 2.1(i): When naming a side the Captains need to include the words "Official Team Sheet" in their post. Failure to do so will result in a warning being issued to the club. After 2 warnings have been issued a 1 point penalty will occur for every subsequent infringement.

Filthy Sanchez failed to fill out his side's team sheet correctly, omitting the term "Official Team Sheet" - even when given a heads up from rival captain Juggalo Balla this was failed to be rectified. It is not known why boncer34 failed to dish out an official warning - many are led to be believe that he is in fact too lazy to bother with such petty mistakes.

Fresh from his side's last quarter comeback win against the Dragons, beez had this to say outside Abdu Prison this morning.

"I am once again disappointed by the actions of the League Administrator. Time and time again rules are being broken and time and time again teams go unpunished. Whilst my actions may be viewed by some as petty, I am only looking out for the best interests of the league. I was really disappointed with the way teams had their points reinstated last season and with sanctions again failing to be handed out, enough is enough."

beez went on to say...

"Whilst I acknowledge the good work that the League Administrator has done over many seasons, it is time he is held into account for his tardiness. I hope my views will be heard, and echoed by many, so that the integrity of the league can be upheld."

beez stopped short of calling for Boncer34's head, but is hoping more can be done to keep every team playing by the rules.

One source has claimed that beez's actions this morning are for two reasons. One being that his spotlight is being taken away after fellow team mate okeydoke7's continual controversial comments. And two, he feels that his team performs better when there is controversy at Baghdad. Ruours are already around that another star player may even try to hit the headlines for the wrong reasons in this season's finals series to ensure another strong performance from his team on the field.

In breaking news, it is believed that beez has sent a request to League Headquarters asking for the Dragons to have their offices raided looking for evidence of systematic and continual rorting of rule 2.1(i). It is believed that for the entirety of Season 15, and for many seasons before hand, the Dragons have broken rule 2.1(i). Without all the facts yet, it is hard to say what will come of this, but this could tear apart the Dragons as captain Ljp86 is already ruored to be heading off a leadership challenge from disgruntled team mates.

If retrospective punishments are put in place, the Dragons could be docked up to 10 points this season, throwing into turmoil their finals' chances. Thankfully though, none of their Premiership titles can be taken off them, because they don't have any.

Breakdown of beez's disappointments of the League Administrator

 • Re-instating team's points in season 14 despite many of the requests having no basis
 • Failure to punish clubs who incorrectly signed new players
 • Failure of two-way communication with regards to one of his player's suspensions
 • Failure to warn Furies of incorrect team submission
 • Failure to dock Dragons points for continual breaking of the rules.

Just so we're clear technically Loopy is meant to point out to me when they fail to include those terms. Well that WAS the understanding I thought we made maybe I'm wrong.

Also did JB give Filthy the heads up or did he give it to me? If it was given to me it slipped through the cracks and I apologise to the league for my error.

The first 2 points we disagree on Beez but that is of course your opinion and I respect your right to have an opinion. :)

As for the failure of 2 way communication. Weren't you in the conversation? You would have been up to date on EVERYTHING I said to SKM and the way the whole thing went down. Or am I mistaking there as well? If so again I apologise. :)

Passing the buck, giving someone else the blame, classic :D

It was only JB>Filthy, I just wanted to point out his failings as a captain :D

My opinion is right. :D

1. Duh. Its what all leaders do. ;)
2. Well get stuffed then. :D
3. Naaaaaah. :D

This is getting too nice. Enough numbers and smiley faces.

Here is the rule:

"2.1(i): When naming a side the Captains need to include the words "Official Team Sheet" in their post. Failure to do so will result in a warning being issued to the club. After 2 warnings have been issued a 1 point penalty will occur for every subsequent infringement."

Filthy Sanchez, acting as the Furies captain, neglected the words "official team sheet" from his post naming the team. Due to this, what will the action be of the league administrator?

Is the problem with the Dragons because they say OFFICIAL XX (or something)? I hope they burn for this!

Great stuff as always. Good luck on your continual crusade to fend of all advances on your ladder position by rival clubs with penalty points.

What would you suggest?

Ignoring the probable rhetorical nature of this question, I will answer it. There are two things to consider on the back of this thread. One is that by enforcing the rule now, it could be seen as the administrator "caving in" when something is exposed. Two is that we have official rules for a reason, and there is no loophole in this one.

All in all, I feel there would be little choice but to hand Filthy Sanchez and the Furies an official warning. If the rule needs tweaking, it can be done at the end of the season. The reason we have a stringent set of rules (very easy to follow, not too many of them) is so it is easy to govern. Choosing what we punish and what we don't from the set of rules opens a can of worms.

The Furies punishment is there for all to see, I was merely asking for it to not go unnoticed.

As for the Dragons, I'm disappointed none of their players have come in here defending their captain. I guess it means they know they don't have a case and can't argue with me. I'd like to see their reactions when they lose 10 Premiership points.

As for Boncer, it's disappointing that he continually misses things and no-one, ever, calls him out. I continue to do it yet get ignored and it gets lost in the news cycle. Well, frankly, I'm sick of it. I'm glad the Furies have copped their right whack, but I will not stop until an appropriate sanction is given to the Dragons for their actions over many seasons (yes, I've done the research).

The pettiness doesn't deserve a response beez.

Simple as that.
Geez, tough gig being right ;) (I think I used that phrase in my last 'petty' thread). I'm getting ready to chuck an EBIAC sometime soon :p

We can't lose 10 premiership points because we never received a warning, read the rule beez.
I'd be more inclined to be directing your captain to read the rules before you start telling me to. It's all open to interpretations.
You don't actually have a job do you bees :p
I have naughty pictures of my boss, I can get away with doing whatever I want at work :p

If you have quote the rules correctly then a team must receive a warning for an incorrect title. If a club receives a second warning 1 premiership point will be deducted for each incorrect entry after that. If you can find two warnings in any Dragons match thread this year I will appologise and we will lose the 10 points.
