Quote from Shaun Grigg: "It's good to be at a club where the players believe in the coach"

Obviously the club is in disarray if the players don't believe in the coach.

Terrible list, only one good player (as evidenced by the Brownlow ) and he's a mercenary on his last legs anyway, no forward line, no backline, they will be the BIG team to slip down the ladder in 2011.

Back to the bottom four for RT!!!!

His coaching prowess really shines when it comes to the development of youth.

Murphy and Gibbs have all but lost 2 years of improvement while they Judd up the midfield. By the end of next year, I'm guessing they will be known as the "Tambling Twins"

Could be worse, could be a rats fleeing Voss' sinking ship type scenario as is the case up in Brisbane. Will you have enough players to actually assemble a side next season?

How long till you and the rest of the Brisbane bandwagon jumpers jump on the gold coast bandwagon after Brisbane's 15th straight loss in a row next season? At least with this new Gold Coast club you're not the most plastic supporters in the land anymore.

It's no coincidence that the first sign of problems at the Lions was a Blues player turning up.

Not content with being a mess, you're actually exporting "suck"

Ask Ratten how he feels about Grigg. Would probably be, "how's that prick at mouthing off, when he can't even kick"

Collins > Grigg. Carlton just owned Richmond

proof?

Grigg, 22, 190cm and 85kg, played 43 games, selection 19 in the 2006 AFL National Draft

Collins, 22, 187cm and 80kg played 25 games, selection 73 in the 2006 National Draft

I liked Andy, but he never cemented a place in our side, even though we finished 15th twice in a row, Griggs played 8 of Carltons last 9 games, only missed the finals due to injury, only time will tell with this one, but to say Richmond were owned shows that you probably have never watched either play, apart from the highlights of Andy's two goals v the Swans and you are likely substituting the pain you feel at being bent over by Collingwood on the Tarrant trade with a little wishful thinking re this trade, nice try though.

hmmm...

Collins a player who is tough, hard and uncompromising and willing to earn his place in the side....

Or

Grigg a player who wants games handed to him without earning them, also add to that the fact that he has terrible disposal by foot!

Collins>Grigg every day of the week!

Grigg is basically saying, he is pleased to be at a club where he is a walk up start because they are s**t.....

Today of course.

Yesterday Grigg was laden with unfullfilled talent and Collins was a Bitchmond hack.

Perspective is a wonderful thing :)

I can't believe you lot still believe in Crazy Vossy. That's much funnier than Carlton players becoming disillusioned with Rats. At least they are realistic.

Hmmm.... The Pies would never even consider 'jobs for the boys'.

lol :D Didn't see any of our players saying the players don't have no belief in the coach.

Carlton will be tumbling back down the ladder next year.

15th straight loss in a row?

How did that ever make sense in your own head?

Carlton obviously won that trade as they had a desperate need for mid sized forward pocket player.

What will Richmond do with an improving large bodied in and under mid who can also play outside or as a tagger or in defence?

Wow. You're setting yourself up for a big let down here.

Griggs was getting a game played 8 of the last 9, he wanted to leave to go to an honest club with some real culture, a place where the coach isn't a laughing stock.
It's Andy that you have to feel sorry for, poor bloke now has to drag that filthy blue jumper on whenever he gets a game, lets hope he gets through it without too much of the filth sticking.
