i'm pretty happy with that deal if its allowed.

michael wants to leave and only has a couple of seasons left so an early second round pick and a tough 50 gamer from queensland is just what the lions need.

i'm still trading so contact me!

wait aseond a trade just on Richmond claim Fabian Deluca plus pick 16 for pick 26, Tivendale and Krakouer. Deluca was a surprise drifter in the 04 draft with people saying he would go top 10, and will become a potent team with Pattison in the future and pick 16 will hold richmond with a super talent with the likes of Brett Burton coming from pick 16.

The Carlton Football Club wishes to advise that it will pass on it's last draft pick, selection 99, indicating that it will instead utilise its 1st draft pick in the PSD. We thank Justin, Ian Callum, Troy, Luke, Trent, Jordan, Chris, David, Jason and Jesse for their contribution to the Carlton Football Club, and hope that they successfully find another club to continue their playing days. We would like to pay special tribute to Barnaby French who has decided to retire from AFL football. We congratulate him on a very good career, and thank him for the wonderful service he gave the club both on and off the field. All the best, Barnaby! Good luck to Adrian who will continue his AFl playing career with the Collingwood Football Club.

We therefore welcome Andrew, Guy, Scott, Chris, Richard to the Carlton Football Club and hope they can assist in the club's push back up the ladder to glory days which was so often associated with the PSD.

Congratulations to Daniel Batson who has been promoted from the club's rookie list to its senior list for season 2007. Daniel has impressed over a 2 year period as a ruckman/forward for Carlton's VFL affiliate the Northern Bullants, and feel that he too will offer much as Carlton climbs up the ladder to success. Well done, Daniel!

So, the Carlton Football Club has officially stopped trading and now has its sight firmly set on the upcoming drafts. In an interview, club manager Jeremias stated "The club feels that it has done excellently during the trade period, not only bringing ruckmen to the club, but also bolstering the midfield into a unit that will be able to play together for the next 10 years. We thank all those not continuing on with us in 2007 for their services, and wish them all the best. The club is entering an exciting period, and we feel that we have the draft picks to add to the immese talent we have growing on our list. It will be a ver interesting draft as there is so much talent on offer, and the club is confident it will significantly add to this talent. The club also has confirmed it will use pick one in the preseason draft, which may get us a young experienced player, or it may mean we pick another youngster. Only time will tell."
