Now, i was watching the bingle banger hit in the nether regions crawling around like a baby looking for a nipple.

it feels very much like being winded, only you do the total opposite to recover, when winded, you try to breeth long and slowly until fit enuff to keep going, when hit low, you breeth very rapidly untill ok then fight on, dont know the exact science, but thats how it feels, anyway, my answer is carry on as soon as physically able, and also target whoeva got you and inflict twice as much damage to them!
