We already have that plus home ground advantage.
Yes and it will cost you over $200 000 000 in rent over the next 100 years, for something you won't ever own.

The gate receipts covers that easily.

9 home games @ $1.5m x 100 = $1.35b
10 Deb balls @ $300 x 100 = 300k.

You do now, but within a dozen years, it won't. You will have to go on scabbing from the council or whoever. We actually have an asset that we can continue to grow with. In fact, with the land available, we could even construct our own boutique stadium for playing all the pleb clubs at. Point is, we're thinking 50 years into the future with this facility, not just the next season.

Umm you do know we get gate receipts from our home games as well right?

As is Geelong. That is why we are getting you to pay for our home ground redevelopment.

Our training facility brings in gate receipts. Most games at KP can be called training drills.
With our Tasmania deal (we keep all gate receipts, as well as being paid $1m per game to be there), an being and MCG tenant means we make as much out of gate receipts as Geelong does. We also rent the MCG when we use it, just like you do with Kardinia, since it is owned by Geelong City Council.

When was the last time you trained at the G?

Cheatgrounders seem mad that we purchased land, while they exist only on government goodwill.

So we have a cheat ground that we don't have to fork out money to own.

Sounds like win/win to me.

You don't own it, as with everything else Geelong it's charity.

Dingley base sounds amazing lol I thought it would only be big enough for an oval and a few training facilities but they got 70 acres lol. Think of all the pokies we could fit on that much land, the money from which we could convert into word-class fitness and medical treatment. This is how you become a powerhouse in the modern game of AFL.

You have to do this because you are unwanted. We are the heartbeat of the community and bring in wealth for the region.

It's called a community benefit. Something totally foreign to parasites like Hawthorn.

With the massive increases in membership fees next year, don't you mean that you'll be stripping the wealth from the community?

Dingley base will bring lots of wealth to the region, however that's no excuse for sponging off the community. It's better to add to the region than to hold your hand out for more charity. Dingley is a win not only for us, but for the entire city.

'Community benefit' claims by AFL clubs have largely been found to be tax rorts.

Geelong were also rattling the tin, I think last year or the year before that. If this was North you'd never hear the end of it.

that's right, if every pledge paid up, it would almost get them out of debt. Imagine being in debt and having no major assets.

Hawk's have the most expensive memberships in the league.

Hawks 7 home games families = $615
Cats 9 home games families = $465.

Why is the Family Club ripping off families?

Hawk's have been shaking down rich members to pay for Dingley. Add this to ripping off families and fleecing pensioners.

Sorry we can afford to pay a little more for memberships as we're not dole bludging junkies.

It's fitting your club looks for government handouts like the majority of your supporters do.

So people can afford to pay more so they should. How socialist of them.

I know you don't live in Australia, but here we call that a speed sign. A speed sign is used to notify drivers the maximum speed permitted on that road.

In terms of finding Dingley, because you seemed to be confused about it's location, there is a tool available called Google maps. I don't have the time to give you a lesson on how to find and use Google Maps, so below is an example showing you how far Dingley is from the MCG.

Wow. Dingley is awful close to Moorabbin. Is there another merger on the cards?

Every Village needs an idiot. Even Dingley Village.

Don't they want it to be called Rioli Village. Seriously they've been there 5mins and haven't even built anything and they want to rename the place.

Astonishing arrogance.
