Johnston Flash, Bob/Sideshow, Bolt
Pyke Frenchie (seeing he was officially drafted from France and being a Anglo Canadian it'll piss him off and we need an angry 200cm 100kg player)
Coney Island
Heath* Smithy (so at last he'll have a surname) although soup is good
Hanneberry Haile (Gebrselassie) Dan won the 3km time trial at the draft camp and the physical similarities between an Ethiopian athletics champion and an stocky Aussie footy player are startling. :D

EDIT
*Apparently Campbell Heath's nickname is Cambo.
Simply not good enough.

Johnston: Flash (just sounds cool), Stoney (shortened version of Johnstoney), Skip (Skip to my Lou), Lewey
Hannebery: Hanners, Berry, Bez, Huckleberry, Finn (meh, from Hucklebery)
Heath: Heater (sounds like Heath, but cool), Soup, Cambo (short for Campbell), Cambodian (from Cambo), Charlie (from Cambodian, which is sooooorta like Vietnam! Could be construed as a little racist I guess, definitely not intended that way!)
Pyke: Spear (obvious), Fish (Pike is a type of fish), Pointy (see spear), Dyke (rhymes)
Coney: Island (obvious)

i'll be boring and call them by the names their parents gave them

except for Pyke.... i'm calling him 'Dyke'... or atleast 'Dancing Queen'.... how can you not :);)

Johnson - Flash
Hannebery - Hannibal
Heath - Bushy, Grundy, Soup? Dunno.
Pyke - DYKE!
Coney - Island..

Johson - Lui, lewi.. however you spell it?
Hannebery - Hannibal, Hanners
Campbell - soup man, soupers, super.
Pyke - Pykey, Frenchy
Cooney - Island,

ok
Kyle needs something better than 'island'

excuse the ignorace but would i be right in assuming ther is a Coney Island?

not that i have any better ideas but still, i cant imagine people calling out that at a game

Of all the nicknames, 'Island' is the best of the bunch.

You've seriously never heard of Coney Island????

The fact he also comes from Ireland makes it an absolute no-brainer.

I'll definately be calling it out.
