Echuca should have a good year next they have 8 or so trying out for the pios with many of ther team last year are still able to play 3rds

Is Seymour having the same coach next year? Also heard that Echuca haven't appointed a thirds coach as yet. Any news on this front?

havent heard of any news about seymours coach next year but u'd think carl woukld be pretty keen to give it another crack in 2008! :thumbsu:

from the premiership side seymour to lose: lecerf, kliemt, hatley, green, clifton, mcCarthy, lawler and andrew meloury. however, some real talent in local juniors and improvement from remaining players should give seymour another competitve side next season. congrats to coley an belly as well as jakey on makin the bushies squad!

Has anyone heard if echuca have appointed a coach yet? They must be close to some announcement? Also seems pretty quiet on the Benalla front. How do they look like shaping up in 2008? Given they always have pretty strong thirds sides and the fact they missed finals footy last year they might bounce back hard

wat ever tigger we will b right we will b a good unit we wont b burnt out the trainin we have been doing is just fitness to get the old heart tickin and then when the real preseason starts we will b right into it when ddoes everyone else start there preseason

united started training (non-compulsary) about a month ago.. what sort of numbers have ky got atm mango?

ky has about 40 guys to pick from this season alot of young talent from the under 16's and only 6 players from last seasons team can not play again so there is goin to b cuts so will b good to see who makes it how r the numbers at united lookin Footy08

haha nah good luck to ya for the season hope ky does well, u's should be up there in the finals, are you playing seniors or thirds?

ky will b up there with echuca next yr and i dont no about mooroopna dont no who they have but by the sounds of it everyone will have a good list but i predict ky vs echuca granny and ky to win

can anyone from echuca confirm that Brett (brucey) henderson has been appointed thirds coach? If true that would be great for the young echuca boys great coach and good club person.

Henderson was appointed by Echuca though alot of people are unhappy with the decision. Dave pearson was interviewed but missed out which is surprising as he would have been great for the Echuca boys. He was offered the assistants role to Henderson but as you would expect he declined. It will be interesting to see how he goes.

Congratulations to young Eljay Connors of Echuca who was selected by St. Kilda with pick 70 in the National Draft yesterday.
