Honestly what impressed me the most was the response to the first quarter - 99% of the time that is a death sentence but you persevered and turned the screws and ground them down

Coleman and mckenna seemed to be everywhere

Rayner was an absolute bull in the middle when he went there

Tbf to him he did go the drop punt in the 4th but missed a couple (including the poster that probably would've sealed it earlier)

Ironically that first miss in the 4th the banana would've been a better choice

How sweet is that! After such a crazy first qtr. A very ordinary umpiring display that seemed intent on doing every thing they could for Carlton. The commentary was one sided and a disgrace. But, we overcame all that and off to the big dance.

First quarter was absolute torture with an absolutely feral Carlton supporter beside me, carried on like a flog swearing and yahooing.

Shame he got kicked out in the 2nd quarter and didn’t have to sit through the last quarter where we dominated them.
