renting advice/help

Hi big footy family,

My housing is on the brink of falling through, forcing me to move due to both housemate s disputing the bond agreement and refusing to pay it. This move is s**t and unexpected to say the very least.

As I'm still relatively new to Brisbane, I really have no clue how yo going about moving. I'd like a studio/1 bedder and pay a max of 300 per week somewhere with easy access to public transportation to roma st (trains pref)

Any advice on what I should do is much appreciated as time is truly against me.

Cheers,

Jordan

Not really after a room, I'd ultimately like to live alone. Fed up with living with people lol. James North can I live in your studio while we record? Lol

A friend of mine owns a unit in New Farm that was rented for $310 a week until very recently when he returned from o/s (1 bedroom) ... so units around that price in good areas do exist. That's a great part of town, too.

So is Red Hill, Spring Hill, West End, Highgate Hill, Wooloongabba, East Brisbane.

My next studio will have accommodation, but my current one doesn't have the space!
