Really poor effort today, the third quarter in particular was dreadful.

Just unable to hit targets and made some very dumb decisions.

Perhaps most frustrating is that Joe can show so much in one game and then have a game like today where his radar is so off it isn't funny.

They smashed us in the midfield. Heppell and Zaha and Watson aren't performing, and Parish is just a kid and not the contested stoppage player we need.

They set up better and deserved the win.

Heppell needs to find some form and Myers needs to come in.

He kicks straight and our confidence is through the roof while theirs plummets. Swings and roundabouts.

Our outs were more significant than our ins - none of the incoming players impressed. Would not put McKenna and Gleeson in the same back line ever. Wayward kicking the story of the day. Hurls was great, Dea was solid and it was good to see McGrath's first goal. Everyone else ordinary. I have never seen Zach kick so poorly.

EDIT: forgot Goddard. Probably our most consistent player all game and all season.
