At it's core, yep, 100% random, however, when you want to engineer a solution, it's a coded program, you can engineer a solution, and one such solution is spitting random junk coding to hit a response of "junk" output through brute force.

In effect, did you know the Gumbies under my leadership gamed the SFA and no one ever knew until today?
