kdfl thread(lower league i know) says tarrant will play 3 games plus finals at violet town.. if you read most threads, he's playing everywhere, so dont believe everything you read......
My post was taking the piss, I'm suggesting South have had s**t loads of good juniors over the years, just very few go on to play senior footy there!

Footy clubs keep a tally
I guess the Sunny daily answered this question today.
Are they..Jackson, Moncur, Motlop,and poss. Faulkhead.
Tried and tested combination (I'll leave faulkhead. out) but are they what red Cliffs needs

Apparently so. Also heard damien ford has signed at merbrin too.

What’s been around the traps
W/W, not looking as strong as last few years, Zac M staying and Brady out till mid season. Mason gone, Alvey working hard (as we all know he would) to get body right, Justin C looking strong and fit, Glen C fit, J Watt may return and Austin R looking strong. Lost of Clyne to VFL Nth Ballerat (good luck to the young fella) and another club chasing hard for Colin Andrews.
Iry, Looking determine, picked up a few more with Brad mentilplay fro RC and a few others to improve from injuries from last year. The biggest improvement will be the off-field bench coaching as sometimes last year had confusion who’s making the decisions and yet had the best side on the park most weeks.
South, Lost their best player from last year in Flack (again good luck in the VFL should get a good run there). Dane needs to get the body right as sunraysia has not seen his best as yet. Harris also has not had the best conditions for his body and can be better. Luke Mc had a good year and Jason Mac was outstanding last year one of the best FB if not the best FB in the comp. Unsure of any new recruits as yet but there will be a few to add to last year’s line up with only a few moving on. Brad T and his knee will be an interesting one to see how he goes. Fox and Cook staying which helps in the big man department.
Mildura, the demons could be the big improvers this year with massive ins with the old fold coming back. Bates back as when focused and fit can play. Still need a good ruckman and will miss Richo who had a great year last year. A Matthews looking fit, and lots of young players improving from playing a lot more senior footy last year. Expect big things in 2013 from the Dees
Robinvale, Had a solid year last year and have added some more fire power in the forward line for this year. With other clubs improving there lists it maybe a hard year for the Vale but that was said at the start of last year and they where more than serviceable.
Merbs, Well they promise some much and give little. Walder is a great coach and has some great players in the side. They need more depth and have added that with M Duscher back. Question some for their recruiting over the years but need to give senior experience to the good young blokes coming through (Rowe will be a gem).
R/C, Pretty much have a new look side but still need more. Mid looks better will miss Brad M but have Jackson and trying for C Andrews. Troy is a good coach and will get the club back on track. Motlop will add attacking option with Mick F in the goal square. Troy should be CHF working with Motlop. Chris L will add outside run but might just be replacing Daniel T who might be leaving as well. The back line looks like the weak link without a great defender. Will be much better, pushing for Finals with some proven finals players.
Imps Hards x2 returns this will boost the mid Brad in and under and to lead by example Ryan quick and skilful giving teams a headache. Talls will be the issue mostly in the backline. Coleman looks the goods and big Dan Hickey going around as FF is a good start. Young T Curtis could be the CHF leading option they need. Will be a lot more competitive but again will be a Hard season ahead.
