I just think those two a long with a few other clubs have nowhere near the sponsors backing the club or the money to compete with the likes of Albury, Yarra, Wang etc. So when those Talangatta/Hume league clubs come calling the players take the $$ and also have a better chance at winning a flag...

Agreed. Not the player's fault at all, probably great opportunity for his family but it leaves raiders in the crap. North and Raiders really seem to be miles behind the rest of the comp post Covid. Wonder if they'll be able to become competitive again, I worry if they can't field sides again...
