    Doesn't 100% stop spreading but certainly limts it greatly due to the reduction of viral loads in the carrier ie reduced symptoms

    Bulldogs players out and about

    I saw Crossy at Highpoint with one of his kids on his shoulders. Knowing him, it was a key part of his pre-season fitness regime. Also met and had a chat with Chris Grant outside a gym in Newport. It may be shocking to some but he was very amiable and friendly. Who would've thought eh? ;)
