Haven’t caught up on the news but here’s what i saw at training: No Filthy. Worrell heavily managed. Berry as well. McAndrew only did running along with Cotton and Ryan. Match sim: Pedlar, Taylor, Butts, Borlase, Tex and Fog all A team. Soligo, Peatling, Murray (also wearing no contact hat)... -

Max should be going for a handball receive at any opportunity as he has high-end speed. Should copy Ash’s notes. Worrell and Milera are also guys who should demand them. Hinge too when playing. Laird, not so much. -

Laird refuses to take risks because he doesn’t trust his boot (and I don’t either). His ground ball in defence is excellent but he is a liability in transition. -

Except Brisbane, but they have Zorko, Fletcher, Wilmot, Andrews, Ashcroft etc using it by foot. Can’t have that gameplan when Laird, Berry and Peatling are some of our highest ball winners. Not to mention guys like Butts, Murray, Max and even Worrell who don’t take risks with their kicks. If... -
