    It is rare the umps asks a player to go back over the mark in the field of play unless they are going for a shot on goal. I think the umps need to but that would take time off the game. The second Collingwood player keeps running in after the second whistle is blown, clear 50.

    Ump blew the whistle twice. Once when Scott marked the ball, then a second time when both Collingwood players ran to tackle. Should have been 50. Scott looked at the ump to see if he was paying 50, he realised he wasn’t so he played on.

    Yeah nah. Once you choose to sling someone it’s your fault of the out come. This out come was a player been stretched off no longer able to play. Straight red card. Not the Ormonds player fault how he landed.

    I thought I heard a whistle when there seemed to be a second action by number 7. How he was allowed to keep playing after the Ormond player was stretched off is mind boggling. If it doesn’t get 3-4 it’s a disgrace.

    How was that only a yellow card? Once the Ormond player was on the stretcher the umpire should have shown a red.
