    Universal Love Down Memory Lane

There are three different covers and titles of this book. Blue Brilliance is only available at Carlton's shop, Ruthless Richmond only available at Richmond's shop, and Brilliance and Brutality is what is available elsewhere.

    AFL Silver Membership Waitlist Number

You don’t have to do that, since (unless things have changed in recent years) the flow of funds will mean that Melbourne will get money from the AFL Membership Dept (AMD) for every home game you attend. The way it works the AMD pays money to the gate for every member who attends the football...

MCG: When is a sellout not a sellout?

Very occasionally the AFL and/or MCC release figures about the attendance at specific matches. I found a 2003 The Age article (when the MCG was being redeveloped and capacity was reduced). The last line of the article is "Demetriou lamented the fact that more than 3000 annual reserved seat...

Or they could be no-shows. Though until they release figures comparing the actual attendance with the number pre-reserved tickets we'll never know.

MCG: When is a sellout not a sellout?

At about 12:45, and maybe earlier, the MCC announced that all seats in their reserve were taken, and only standing room was available. Walk-ups in the MCC get a ticket on the day that 'reserves' their seat. So the first people in the queue on the day get their choice of the best seats. Once the...

I wasn't aware that bay Q36 was an AFL Members bay. Be that as it may, the answer to your question is Yes. Back in the day when the AFL Members reserve was walk-up there'd be the occasional game where the AFL members section was full. If the MCC wasn't full the MCC would open up their reserve...

    Universal Love Down Memory Lane

That's how I remember the 1978 season. Though that season was the foundation for 1979, so it wasn't all bad. (BTW Tarczonandjane, in 1993 Essendon were Minor Premiers, getting there on percentage.)

    Universal Love Down Memory Lane

While we were minor premiers there was little (in no of wins) between Carl, Haw and Nth. I think that during the H&A we had the better of Haw and Nth (though Blight's kick after the siren at PP was in this season.) I don't recall if injuries played their part, though losing the coach days before...

And no need to pay extra for those best seats. And because they aren't pre-booked those seats don't go empty because of no-shows.

Jesaulenko was the full foward in 69, 70 & 71, winning the club's goalkicking with 66, 115 and 56 goals. Brian Kekovich was the FF in 67 & 68 but I think he never played for us after the 68 GF. In 1972 we recruited Greg Kennedy, and this allowed Nicholls to move Jesaulenko. Kennedy kicked a lot...

    AFL Silver Membership Waitlist Number

It will be interesting to see what the AFL Membership Dept does and the discussion that it creates. For those to take a Club Support, some of our funds are to go to the specific Club and may have already to paid to the clubs. If there were to be no crowds allowed to the 2020 season and the AFL...

    AFL Silver Membership Waitlist Number

For Club Members, who get entry to 11 specific games, there'll probably (or should) be a partial refund. For AFL Members and others (such as 3 game Club Members) whose access isn't to a 'X' number of specific games, there might not be a refund. Though for those who have paid for a reserved...

    AFL Silver Membership Waitlist Number

Has anyone managed to find this year's doc with the exact GF allocation? I've been looking but so far no luck.

Anyone know if the doc with this years actual final distribution has been published? Or, are we going to have another week? Also, is there a way to find it (and the above doc) from the homepage of the AFL's website?
