Strangest player in the league (past/present)

Think he rode his pushy over the Nullabour one off season.

    QAFL 2016

Are they allocated or do UQ work with them to get them to commit? No different to morning sides so called production line over the years. They need to go to a senior club at some stage. How many QAFL players actually play juniors at their club?

So 7/22 players for lions top ups come from two QAFL clubs that had one win between them approaching the round?

    QAFL 2016

No it isn't, that finished years ago. It's topped up by Lions Academy and players from various NEAFL & QAFL clubs when state u18's play. Magpies barely supplied a player in 2014, this year has been a bit different as stated above by QAFL_fan.

Expansion Why AFL fails miserably in Queensland

Cause of its broader appeal than an Aussie team mainly full of Polynesians playing a New Zealand team mainly full of Polynesians.

It's no surprise that Melbourne struggles for members and money

Pretty good summary. Add Jim's illness causing a dysfunctional board unable to rein in Schwab and cuddles.

    2014 QAFL

Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't this already happening? My impression is the women's game is growing strongly and more resources are being allocated to accommodate.

    Traded Picks 2, 20, 72 for Dom Tyson, Picks 9 and 53

According to Slobbo it would be $1.8m.

Paul Roos to Melbourne Football Club ???

Or Melbourne uni to move to Perth. Don't underestimate the family angle, more at play than football.

    Jones Melbourne Co-Captain

Sort of. After a slow start he's been good this year. He's becoming a pretty reliable and versitile defender, although, still prone to brain fades with ball in hand. Think it Sits well with where he is at in the playing group but a big reflection on the clubs current playing stocks.

Preview Round 5 Vs Brisbane @ Gabba

Just have to break even in the midfield for a chance to win this one. Confident we can cover Brown with enough midfield pressure. Do that, they will struggle to kick a score.
