I would have thought a Jack Gunston type role, Burton would be top 6, if not for his injury, it is going to be a decision based on the medical opinion, not sure anyone on here is qualified to make that judgement. If the medical view is positive expect him to go in the 8-15 range, if not so... -

We continue to be a highly unprofessional club if this type of information is being communciated to people outside the club the high level decision makers that would make this type of decision would probably be a select small group of people. -

I suspect finishing outside the 8 in two consecutive years would be enough justification for significant list change, not sure were you would expect IMPROVEMENT to come from if the list is not turned over significantly. -
