I much prefer experience in the back half - look at what Newman brings. This week we need players to cover their small forwards - not sure this can be left to Cowan & Wilson - Saad in is a good move - sets Ollie & Carroll to the wings to use their run further up the ground. Moir hasn’t set...

You’re so right. We really missed an opportunity with Dow. Just look at what he’s brought to the Saints since moving across. Phwooooaaar!

Agreed - lots of bed wetting in here as usual. For Many, it’s like taking their next breath :). Two rucks is interesting - our guys obviously know TDK’s limitations - it could well be a way to counter his impact. I like the experience down back & youth through the middle personally. Ollie...

Injury Blue Healers Medical Room 2026

Draft rules are in… time to take a different tank…I mean tack! “Wow - our injury list is looking great at the moment, I’ve never seen Carlton so healthy, with SO FEW PLAYERS INJURED”. Ok let’s see how that goes.. (PS - try this yourself, it feels great 😊).

😂 Much like our midfield…we need another layer outside the source.

They need to invent a helmet that's fitted to the brain, rather than the skull...:). I don't see how a helmet would help concussion in most cases.

I agree with you it’s about how the forward line work in balance. Harry tends to play like a second ruckman when up the ground - takes his marks on the wing or HHF. It would be great to see him taking grabs at CHF instead - risk is that he drops it & turns it over in the corridor. I’d love...

It could go either way really. Harry will clunk couple of outlet kicks up the line playing CHF - fingers crossed he can hit a target inside 50. That’s was a strength of Charlie - I haven’t seen it from Harry yet.

The issue when Harry plays higher up the ground, is their best defender doesnt follow him. He sits back & takes the next like for like deepest forward - or intercepts. We just need a semblance of F50 cohesion - separate their leads and provide two viable F50 marking options. If Harry plays...

Autopsy 2026 Rd 7 Good effort but Blues go down in the West

Not sure he has the speed to add value in the midfield - another big bodied mid? Has he played midfield in the 2’s? Prefer to see him go back & do that.

Indeed - our box hasn’t opened yet. When it does, we’ll be on our way to our 2nd life :).

Agreed - if they want to protect his small frame by given him midfield bursts & play him forward, he should also be cycled back to the 2’s occasionally for 80% on ball time.

Cripps is a dual Brownlow medallist inside mid - of course he has hit targets by hand. This year he’s missing 7/10. That could be for a number of reasons; our structure around the ball collapses - no easy outlet options. team are sitting on him. he's knackered. It’s time for a week managed...
