    Following the Welcome to Country the players broke away for a final huddle before the game commenced. Noticed that Cox Maximus remained with the assembled indigenous group(ex players and other dignitaries I assume) and shook each by the hand. Really nice touch I thought.

    Good to see that Worner and Frederick have been taken off the Whipping Boy list. Not sure that McVee is an adequate replacement. May need a loss or two to cement his place.

    With another year or two in the system I reckon Dudley could be more than useful for occasional CBAs. Reads the ball well in congestion, clean ball handler and great tackler.
