Why have 8500 not renewed ?
Was a member up until 2008 for the best part of 5 years. That year I had the gold membership with a guaranteed grand final ticket if they make it. Back then the membership was what some odd 40,000. Maybe attended two games the whole season, and all finals in Melb. Thought of myself very... -

That's not his position to negotiate that and nor should it be expected. When an employee moves from a company to another they dont hand out compensation, sometimes it can unethical even to take clients from one business to a rival company. The AFL is a business - period. Memberships are not... -

In business not all promises are kept, so he may not be that much better of financially at Sydney than the media portrays it to be. The Cola fiasco should not be directed at him being greedy but rather Sydneys ability to manipulate the system causeing an unfair advantage. Don't hate the player... -
