Agree with your post and the fact Terrigal had the best structures. I reckon they have had the best structures for about 3 years, and with the retirement of the Gong last year, were a bit less predictable going inside 50 and would have no doubt exploited plenty of match ups in their forward...- Word Count: 200

Totally agree with your point on the recruiting of clubs and the fact that most clubs just do their best with what shows up in pre-season. No doubt blokes will be attracted to successful clubs. With the 18s another option is to include players who are born in the second half of the previous year eg players born from July-December '93 would be eligible to play 18s this year.
