I can't sleep when it's hot inside, I struggle when the temp is over 20 degrees and at 2am this morning it's still 31 degrees in my house. During the Canberra winter I have my best night's sleep when I have my bedroom window open and it's minus 4 degrees outside and about 7-10 degrees inside...- Words: 66
