    The focus on Rd 1

    I think that by "focus on Rd 1" what is meant is that winning round 1 is more important than winning the NAB Cup. I assume that getting as many wins in the season as possible is more important than winning Rd 1.

    I'm a Des fan but will admit that, through varoius factors, he's been more of a tease than a gun. I don't buy into the no heart criticisms either. The argument for him at FF is a good one but his delivery into the forward line is also a good weapon.
