Most of those leaving simply aren't up to playing Premier Division. It's all about the quality of signings, not the numbers on the track. Might not win many but will make life tough for a few teams and with a bit of luck could stay up.- Word Count: 47

They have failed to really embrace the growth of the community in my opinion. People that have moved there from other Northern Suburbs have remained at their old clubs in their old suburbs.
