2013 Premiership Blu-ray?
I got the DVD and watched it on a 46inch TV and I was quite suprised at how good it looked! Way better that the 2008 copy which was rubbish. All sources seem to be saying that a proper HD version plain doesn't exist as channel 7 used SD all the way on the day so maybe a blu ray would be a SD... -

Visual Entertainment Group , it's been pulled from the JB HIFI website too. You never know what could happen in the future though. I 'heard' there is a 720p torrent available but they're illegal so I don't encourage people to download it! -

Indeed they were great then but this all happened at the end of 2001 if my memory serves correctly, big back-ended deals for Holland and Barker for much less return. -

It's sad but I'd rather lose an older play who is less consistant than he used to be than repeat mistakes with younger players like we did with Croad & Kennedy (while we sign guys like Barker and Holland on massive back ended deals for little return) -

Gary Abblett was a Hawk?
I have what must be a rather rare footy card of Ablett at Hawthorn in the early 80's. It's part of a set you could get from Ardmona fruits. I can find and scan it if anyone is interested. -

At least they replayed the GF in HD on 7mate in the evening in 2012, not this year though, maybe due to the Blu Ray release? -

2013 Premiership Blu-ray?
I called Sports Delivered about releasing the 2008 on Blu Ray and they said there are no plans for release even though it was recorded in HD (they said it is very expensive to produce a Blu Ray disc.) so hopefully they will see 2013 differently. I recorded the post match from 6pm in HD at least ....
