Removing the father son rule would be a joke. Paying a premium is the issue, not the rule itself. They should remove the 10% discount and any first round father son pick will require payment of their first round pick (or an acquired one) by the team who nominates them. -

Wholeheartedly agree. Clubs prepare their list management with a 1 to 3 year horizon. Decisions around trading for picks, players, list profile consider pipelines of talent. A lead time that reflects 3 years notice adequately prepares clubs to consider their plans and alter them. -
