Hawkins cannot ruck. He rarely even jumps at the contest and, like most key forwards who are given spells in the ruck (e.g. Roughead), he doesn't want to ruck. We are currently playing with one half-fit ruckman and another who simply acts as a step ladder for the opposition. Blake needs to come...
You won't be getting any such response. I tend to stick to the original topic and steer clear of deflecting the conversation beyond what is actually being discussed. I'm glad your supporters take after Harry and find comfort in ranting about irrelevant things.
Live for hope.
Surprised? You shouldn't be, I won't be visiting Harry's website anytime soon. Why would I want to read about his "near death" experience when he saw a child holding a plastic knife in a movie he was watching that was set in Brazil?
Can anyone help me to interpret the following 2 sentences, muttered by Harry O during his interview on Classified:
"...not only will be benefit on the field as the recruiters imagine."
"I'm just playing on such a question that every time in the media it's just asked."
Harry, stop giving...
Re: Matthew Stokes to appear in court today over drugs charges
SEN reporting phone interceptions indicated Stokes enquired to buy more than the initial 1 gram however police believe no physical transaction actually took place.
Re: Matthew Stokes to appear in court today over drugs charges
If found guilty he should be and will be sacked. It might be a different story at another club but not at Geelong.
His disposal is rarely "atrocious". I agree that he sometimes lacks judgement and coughs the ball up, however this is relatively rare. He generally plays a perfect role as a link up player and frequently gives off plenty of handpasses that set up defensive run. People simply think he lacks...
How can you label him a "c**t of a bloke" based on a few heated moments on the field? He is actually considered one of the nicest fellas at the club by his peers. Whilst he may suffer from white line fever, I'm just glad he’s not out drinking and drive-by shooting with a convicted CBD murderer-...
Re: Round 22 Team
He had 1 mark (Blake- 3), 1 goal, 5 disposals (Blake- 12), 5 hitouts (Blake 29) and 1 tackle (Blake- 3). Blake made one costly bad decision, however, without doubt, played a much better game than Mumford. I really don't understand how you could think otherwise.
Re: Round 22 Team
Football clubs tend to pick players based on current form. I'm glad that all of the anti-Blake posters can clutch to the hope that Mumford has been "rested", but this isn't the case. Unless he gets injured this weekend, Blake will be playing alongside Otto in the first final.
Re: Round 22 Team
I think what Blake provides is of greater benefit to the team than what Mumford provides, this includes his ability to win taps as well as follow up his own ruckwork to ensure a centre clearance. He has played better than Mumford in the last two matches, and has even done...
